  • On 22 May Siemens came to install our Smart Meter. He arrived late in the afternoon, started the installation but because it was late he said he would be back the next day to tidy up his mess and complete his work..It is now mid-July and the installation is still not completed. I have contacted both Siemens and Bulb and have had promises from both to get the installation completed but just nothing further happens.

    My usage monitor only shows gas usage and I cannot get it to show electric usage nor the combined gas and electric usage. What can be done to sort this problem as it is pointless having a monitor if it dose not work properly.

    I am buying an EV and need the MPEN number for the property to get the charger installed.
    The only number on my bills isn't the correct 13 or 21 digit format.

    Hi William. I have emailed you twice to which I’ve seen no reply. My situation with bulb is taking the mick now and that’s putting it nicely. I will be looking at leaving bulb if it is not resolved ASAP!
