    Can you please confirm with Vari-fair economy 7 that I get off peak supply. Since I moved with you my storage heaters have not worked they have now installed a new one and still I am getting no heating in the morning. The electrician fixed the heather to his own off peak supply and the heater works fine so there is either something wrong with the cables on my metre which means one of your engineers will need to come out or I am not receiving off peak.

    Can you please confirm so I know wha steps to take next.

    I’m on direct debit , I’m not on prepayment meter!!!! I’m so frustrated nobody wants to help me!! Why bulb do this!???

    Bulb just left me with no gas no central heating in this cold weather with young children. I woke up Saturday and realise I haven’t got central heating, rang the number but wow! They only have office from Monday to Friday!!! They put u through to the national grid emergency but when you spoke to national grid they cnt do anything about it . It’s your supplier you have to speak to.. so back to square one! what a mess’!!!!!! Rung the ombudsman and told us that we should speak bulb! But bulbs not open till Monday! I’m so upset and frustrated!!!

  • I think it is great that Bulb have reduced their Standing Charge and it was a nice surprise. Very impressed with Bulb as a Company. Best Energy supplier and the most trustworthy that I have ever been with.
