Only been 6 weeks with bulb worst company ever customer service useless cheap but you get what you pay for avoid bulb people awfull site

    I'm sorry to hear you've not had a good start with Bulb. We really do aim top member service so I'm sorry you've been let down on this occasion.

    I can see that the team has been dealing with your prepayment meter top up. It looks as if they've managed to top it up and add an extra £10. Have you managed to top up your meter ok?
  • Dealing with your customer service for a while now. Nice people but not much of a use to me...
