High bill

Hi I’m looking to switch my electric & gas from Npower to bulb , I’m still having a problem with the high bill they are giving us from last year nov to jan it’s £2000 I can not believe this reading it’s a mistake I no this ! There saying I have to pay or pay it over 5 years and put put the terrific up .

  • You need to check your readings for the last year from Npower, you should have statements or should be able to get them.
    Then you can decide if it is a mistake or not. It is not difficult to work it out.
