How do I make an appointment to have my samart meters fitted

I received an email today saying they are fitting smart meters in my area, and in the email there is a link to click on to make the appointment,but that just takes me to my Bulb account wher I can see nowhere there to book an appointment.

Can anyone help please?

    A genuine answer, I don't know. I tried in the past to delete a post and couldn't find how to do it, perhaps others on the forum can advise?
  • You don’t want one yet, really. Lots of us who’ve had the SMETS2 installed are having issues with the IHD not showing electric usage, and usage not being reported to Bulb, so bills being estimated and there is no fix as yet. So stuck with a dumb meter. Annoying that Bulb aren’t letting customers know there are known issues.
