Hi! Has anyone’s smart meter worked efficiently since installation? Mine is reading gas but not electric. Am I doing something wrong?

    A good number of other customers have had the same problem. you only need to read the various threads on this forum.

    I would email Bulb with your problem so that they can check it out for you, they do have a waiting list of customers who need their meters sorted out.
