Switch over

I am currently switching over to bulb and want to see how it’s progressing by signing into my account, however, when I do this there is nothing there it just takes me automatically to these discussions . I’m a bit confused as to what’s happening and have received no emails from yourselves either.

  • I agree with Michelletm, my email says just click "restart switch" and all will be taken care of. However when I click on that link it takes me to "Community". Your website isn't very clear, hard to navigate, making it unfriendly to someone who is just trying to reduce their carbon footprint. If you tell a new customer to click on restart switch then that link should lead them to a page that tells them the switch has been restarted. How do I restart the switch?.
