Can't enter initial meter readings after moving house

Hello,

Bulb recently sent me an email asking for initial meter readings at my new house. We switched to Bulb right after moving.

When I try to enter initial meter readings for my new house, I can't do it. There is nowhere on my account dashboard to enter them.

My account is also still showing my old address. Can someone help with this?

  • Hi @anthony6563 @Griff i have had a look and both of you should now be able to input your readings, can you let me know if this is not the case
