Does Bulb have a technical dept? I don't think so because for nearly 2 weeks Monthly Payments show "Not set up" and Monthly Usage shows "Not enough readings" , and Bulb doesn't want to answer. I think they have become as useless as the big 6. Anyone else with the same problems?

    Absolutely no problems in my 13 months with Bulb. Monthly Payments always reflect my DD payment and Monthly Usage is fairly close to what I have used over the last 12 months divided by 12.

    How long have you been with Bulb? If for quite a period has the problem only appeared in the last two weeks?
