Making payments

As anyone else having trouble with their statements and paying their bills since having smart meters put in. I was not given an in house reader to go with my smart meters. I am still paying monthly instalments but bulb not taking money so my credit just building up. I have taken out a complaint but have not heard from bulb since. I am finding this all very frustrating as bulb not communicating as they should
