Smart meter not connected

We had smart meter installed three weeks ago. It has started showing gas consumption, but no electricity. Wondering how long do we have to wait for it to tell us our usage ? I am not able to submit my meter readings on bulb website anymore, can't see the option ?

  • Yes I had one installed about three weeks ago too. It started working after I turned it off and back on again. Make sure it is showing the bar icon top right otherwise it is not connected to your meter
  • @Kapil @sindbadpeter We are trying to get your meters sorted and the smart team are looking into it currently. It could take a few weeks up to a month or two to get the issues sorted I am afraid. Apologies for the delay in this.
