New to Bulb

New to bulb, had a smart meter installed when i was with Scottish energy, now Smart meter only shows Gas not Electric. who is responsible to get the issue fixed?

    I have a smart meter that was fitted when I was with British gas. It now no longer works with bulb I just submit the readings myself. Have a look at reviews of smart meters on here. It's not going so well

    Sounds like you're having some issues with your in-home display.

    If you send an email to help@bulb.co.uk letting us know what the issue is, and a picture of the IHD attached, we will be able to raise it with our smart team and get it fixed for you.

    We will also be able to see if we are able to get your meter readings remotely or if you will need to submit them to us in the future
