Submitting readings — Bulb Community

Submitting readings

Was asked to submit first meter readings but there’s nowhere to submit them? The app seems broken, there’s no option on the website, and no one is responding via email. Any suggestions?

  • I'm having a similar problem, I was able to submit regular readings but now I have no option to do that. The gas readings are being picked up via the smart system but the electricity one hasn't been updated for a while now.
