Bills not showing gas usage

We had a smart meter (which hasn't ever worked) fitted on April 12, and since then, the app shows electricity usage but not gas. Consequently it doesn't appear we're being charged for gas, and our account is in 'credit' and Bulb is suggesting we drop our monthly direct debit.

How do we resolve this issue? Thanks.
