Moved but haven't recieved my credit back

I moved flat recently and closed my bulb account about over 2 weeks ago and haven't received the credit my account was in. How long does this take? Will I get it back?

  • @Mason123 Sorry for the late reply, but you should have had this money back on the 20th of June. Let us know if this is not the case.
