Account in credit

Hello,
I have recently had solar installed and a battery and consumption has gone down. I have changed my monthly payments which is now for gas only and my account is in credit by a large amount. How can I get my money back?

    I can see we're currently making a refund back to you. You can make a refund whenever you want by just getting in touch with us directly. We just need to make sure you have a bit of excess credit in there, some recent meter readings and we'll get it back ASAP.
