Meter reading link not working and second home not showing

I was so pleased to switch but as usual it's a centralised service full of holes. This is the second email with a link to meter readings that won't open. Plus, how do you you see your second home? I can only see one address. Miserable !

    A serious question, why have you posted to the Community forum rather than asking Bulb direct?
