Smart Meter Not Working Fully

It's been over 6 weeks since my meter was installed and it's not working even though I've reported it.

After a long delay I had an email asking me to answer some questions onlline which I've done and yet here I am with a useless meter.

Please advise how I can get this resolved as I can't find anyone to contact.
