Hi I joined bulb today but not sure about my payment was quoted £94 for gas&electricity my electricity is pre payment so how does this work is the £94 just for my gas per month

  • Best ask Bulb this directly rather than us fellow customers. They'll be better placed to investigate your account details.

    Do you have a smart prepayment electric meter? If so it will have been converted to a pay-monthly credit meter during your switch, since Bulb do not support prepayment smart meters yet.
