Not updating

When I log in online I can’t see any information about what I’ve topped up and I’ve already topped up the gas and electric twice since I’ve been with bulb?

  • Hi at @Fleur45 , Prepay bulb accounts don't yet have any payments information on them. If you look it has a 'coming soon' banner across it as we still developing capacity in this area. Is there anything else i can help with?
