    I'm just another customer of Bulb and don't have first hand knowledge of pre-payment meters and the use of keys/cards which isn't of much comfort to your situation. It would seem you have to wait until the Bulb team are back in the office in the morning, also try on-line chat, this possibly may be a better alternative than contact by telephone.
