IHD drops out — Bulb Community

IHD drops out

Hi all, I've an issue with my IHD that I'm hoping someone can help me with.
I had gas, electric smart meters & IHD installed 3 days ago. The IHD only displays values for ~5 minutes after being turned on, then says "waiting for current data" and "elec data unavailable...". The "now" button works and I can see the current electric usage (or at least something is displayed) and gas used so far today but home display doesn't display any information. Connection to smart meter lights indicate good connection (as is wi-fi). Any ideas why the elec data becomes unavailable?
