Additional Winter Payment?

I do not wish my payments to increase as the reason for me switching was to keep my payments low, I wish to pay the monthly amount quoted originally which was £63. I will regularly check my usage and I pay any additional costs if needed. Please can you email confirmation that you have received this message and the outcome . Many Thanks

  • Sure thing @keriel010 I've made that change for you now. Your payments will stay at £63 a month from now on. It'll be a good idea to keep an eye on your meter readings and to take them regularly, as I'm sure you know.
