My friend just signed up to switch via my referral link that I posted on Facebook. Her switch isn’t showing on my account though? Does it usually take a while to show up?

Hi @Jk1179 you should automatically receive an email when your friend uses your link. Could you please send an email through to help@bulb.co.uk with your friend's name, address, and the code they intended to use? Thanks!
