Smart meter readings

Hello Bulb,

I recently switched to you as my new supplier and I have smart meters in my property for both gas and electric. I would prefer not to have to keep manually sending you meter readings. Are you set up to receive my smart meter readings?

    We can't remotely read smart meters from other suppliers at the moment.The industry didn't set it up to allow that to change over unfortunately. There is a big project going on to change that with a lot of different organisations involved, so it should change at some point.

    For now though, it will act as a non-smart meter though I'm afraid.

    well that is the one reason i will be moving supplier tomorrow.
