Can you please let me know how to activate a refund of the additional funds sitting in my account?

  • @Imsmcook, we have to leave a month's worth of credit in your account in order to pay for the month ahead's energy and can refund anything over this back to your bank for you.

    I've processed this for you so it should be back in your bank in a few working days :)

    I have sent you an email as we need a photo to confirm your gas reading. It might be wrong.

  • @Minimermaid92 We're currently processing your final bill, once we've sent you that any remaining credit will be refunded>

    @carlynatasha We have 3 conditions we need to meet before we can send you a refund:

    -We need up-to-date meter readings ... So we don't have to ask for it all back if they aren't current. We're missing these at the moment for electricity.
     
    -We need at least one month's balance in the account ... So you don't go into debt :)
     
    -We need you to have paid in the amount you wish to take out.
     
    Once we've ticked all the boxes I'll happily request a refund to be sent to your bank within 5-7 days
