Leaving npower

Hi folks . Anyone got experience of leaving Npower? Nothing from them and now I can’t log in that account to check refund amount.


  • Online account should still be active. Alternatively npower will send a final settlement six weeks after the switch.
  • No it’s website let’s me log in then tells me there is currently an error
  • We switched from nPower to bulb. Can’t say we had any problems.
  • Talked to their help desk .they reckon it takes up to 6 weeks to confirm the final reading and process the final payment
