I switched to you in August gave a reading for which i have just paid a bill to previous supplier but i havent healrd from you about what i do next. Can you help

  • @naples there's not much to do next, really - if you've paid off the final bill to your old supplier then you're now fully with us. If you have early cancellation fees on your final bill from your previous supplier, you can submit these to us for a refund. You can do so in your online account, or by emailling a clear photo/scan of the final bill that shows the full amount as well as your name & address.
