Sending opening meter readings via email as web page not working

My supply switched to Bulb on Wed 26th. I aborted a previous switch in May due to metering confusion at the time, and it seems my account is flagged as "closed" which still seems to be preventing me from sending my opening meter readings now. I have therefore sent them via email.

This has now been resolved, and I can login from PC and app. Have sent meter readings online again. Problem closed.
