contacting bulb

Can anyone advise how to contact bulb. I am attempting to settle the balance due to them. Their online system will not allow me to do this. I email them and they do not reply. I phone and hang on for ages but no-one answers

    I can see you've sent our team of energy specialists three emails this afternoon. We're working hard to get back to everyone as soon as possible.

    You should be able to pay your final balance online. Just head to your Bulb account and go into the 'payments and statements' tab and click 'Top up balance'.

    If this doesn't work, you'll need to give us a ring on 0300 30 30 635, from Monday to Friday (9:00am to 6:00pm). We usually pick up the phone pretty fast.
  • Thanks Eleanor. I have tried to pay on-line already but it was not actioned from your end. I don't want to put another payment through in case this duplicates matters. I disagree- you do not answer quickly. I have tried to phone on numerous occasions without success.

    I'm sorry that you've not got through successfully. It's unusual for us to take more than a few minutes to pick up so apologies that you were left waiting. We really don't like keeping you.
