Just moved in to a house and no option to use my referral when I signed up....

Just moved in to a house and no option to use my referral when I signed up.... Just wondering how can I add my referral on to my account?

    Unfair to think Bulb can cover every option it would have been best to enquire before moving.
    Ideally I think what you should have done is moved house with old supplier, then used a referral link once moved in.
  • Bulb were already at this property, it would mean going on bulb for a week or two, going to scottish power who would put you in a contract, then going to to bulb?
    The reason i decided to stay with bulb at the new property was because of the recommendation.
  • If you did switch away, you must leave at least 12 months before switching back and trying to claim a referral.

  • Energy companies supply properties, they do not supply people.

    If a property is already supplied by Bulb, then there is nothing to refer and no referral bonus.
