Decreased gas price - decreased standing charge - but removal of the dual fuel discount

Has anyone else looked at or contacted you over this? My previous bill of £164.65 - it would come in at £164.73 - therefore in reality no savings.
Looking at my lower bills in spring and summer - I'll end up paying more.

Small decrease in gas price for some areas. Nevertheless it in no way compensates for the huge increase in November, so I'm not sure why you'd expect any savings.

Changes to standing charge and dual fuel discount are cost neutral.

What's your point exactly? Without seeing some worked examples it's not clear what you're complaining about. Your bill has gone up 8p?
