first bill

hi i have been with bulb since September and haven't had a bill yet when will i get one and also when will i be able to get a smart meter

  • You should get a reminder each month by email asking you to submit meter readings. This arrives 1-2 days before your bill date. Note the bill date is not necessarily exactly the same as your direct debit date.

    Have you not been receiving these reminders? Have you submitted any meter readings since your first when becoming a customer? If you joined in September you should have had three statements by now. If you go to your account dashboard and look under "Payments and statements" can you not see any entries for "Energy used" with a link to the PDF statement?
