    Can you show a period in time where the Bulb unit rates and standing charges have been triple that of any other supplier?

    If not I'll assume this bad review is entirely down to lack of understanding about the operation of your utility accounts.

    Can you please give an example of how your bill tripled?

    You really need to contact the Bulb team an outstanding payment of £8000 doesn't make much sense. This is a public forum and none of fellow customers will be able to help you.

    Personally I would recommend Bulb.
