  • Hi @Electro, If you have a 2-rate meter then it's really important that the clock is accurate. We want to make sure that we are billing you correctly for your peak and off-peak rates.

    When a member thinks that their meter may be faulty, we ask them to send a picture to help@bulb.co.uk so we can take a look at the issue and pass the information on to our engineers.
