Smart meter not working when I switched

Hi
I need to submit a meter reading but ever since I switched to bulb the smart metre has stopped working.
I can’t find a telephone number to call fir help? How do I read my meters?

    I doubt your smart meter has stopped working. You're probably talking about your In Home Display (IHD). You need to take the reading directly from the meters themselves, i.e., the devices that are physically connected to your electric and gas installations, not from the small display device.
