Account Log in

Hi, I have used bulb in the past at my previous address. I closed my account when I moved home... several months down the line I have switched provider back to bulb.
I have had email correspondence from bulb asking for meter readings before the switch. Problem is everytime I click through the email to submit my meter readings it is logging into my old addresses account (As the same email address was used for both).
How do I log in to my new account?
