    Did you receive the initial email confirming your switch and giving you the schedule of events? I presume you have and that is how you obtained the 28 Jan date. You probably ought to have contacted Bulb long before now if the dates on the schedule past without the stated events happening, like being asked to provide your first meter reading.

    It sounds like your switch has got stuck somewhere and possibly has not taken place at all. Have you received any information from your existing supplier to say they are aware you are switching away? As Allanr says you'd best phone Bulb first thing on Monday morning.
