meter reading not appear on the history

I'm submitting every month the gas and electricity meter readings but the last two months it appears on the system only the electricity and not the gas, even from the mobile app. I'm worry about increase fees. Does anybody has the same problem?

    Personally I don't have that problem. It may possibly be more appropriate if you contact the Bulb team direct (since this is a public forum) to see if they can identify where your gas readings have gone?
