Bill correction

Has anyne else had loads of 'bill correction' lines added to their account on 17th Feb, making it impossible to understand bills?
Is this a bug?

  • None here. It looks like you're in a very large amount of credit. Have you been submitting monthly meter readings?
  • Not monthly rather occasional but all this appeared recently
  • I'd suggest you contact Bulb and ask.
