Hi. Is anyone else having problems with the latest version of the app?

  • Yep won’t load, but also the website says it’s on a maintenance break so maybe related
  • I have a feeling the email I had earlier may explain the outage. The usual give us a meter reading, your payment is due soon... But only have until the end of today to provide one (which so far I haven't been able to). I expect a few may be in the same position, February being a short month caused it I guess.

    There were tow separate emails today, one relating to the price reduction and the second one related to late statement (this latter one would only have been sent to customers whose statement is imminent)

    Sorry you've had some trouble with the new app. Is it working ok for you now? If not, please let me know and I'll check out what is going on.
