Extra payment — Bulb Community

Extra payment

Good afternoon,
1st of March from my account has gone £59 by Gocardless. I've asked team from there what that was and they said, that was payment for Bulb. So if you took out some money, why nobody informed me about this action, what was for, and why this quote is not displayed on my payments?

    I've had a look at GoCardless and your Bulb account and it does not appear that we took any payment on March the 1st.

    We'll need to investigate this a little further. Could you drop us an email on hello@bulb.co.uk with the transaction number? We'll be able to get to the bottom of this and sort things out.
