Since my initial gas reading in Jan TO DATE you have calculated I have used one yes ONE kWh of gas. Your computer estimated on a month by month basis that I use 0 units of energy. So when I submitted further readings on 2nd July this error has been found....by me!! I am horrified and so disappointed that no one picked up this error beforehand and not happy at all to be in so much DEBIT. Please sort out your algorithm, logarithms or whatever it is you use please. Also please can you explain your calculations for example, 220kWh@12.91, does that mean 220 X 12.91? If so my home calculator says £28.40. Why does your calculator make it £28.47.

  • Not at all impressed with Bulb. I switched energy supplier to Bulb in January this year. As standard I was asked to submit my meter readings. Your company worked out my annual usage of both gas/electric and informed me you would charge me £27.87 monthly. I then was informed in May that this sum was not enough to cover the energy costs and that you had increased this sum to £66.00 monthly. However, despite this my most recent bill shows I am £168.71 in DEBIT. I was horrified and so scrutinised all past statements and can see how we got to this stage. You asked for meter reading on 8th April which I sent. On my electricity statement is clearly shows Customer Read but this is not shown on my Gas Bill, although you sent me an acknowledgement email thanking me for my gas meter reading! It was my understanding that you wanted customers to submit meter readings every 3 months.....which I did. But now I find, on a monthly basis you have been estimating the meter readings.
