    Hi Will - This is a super odd one - I've finally got around to inputting ACTUAL Meter readings on the website :)

    But I noticed when I joined Bulb Last August (August 2018) - You guys used an estimated meter reading to open the account? It's only when I've put the actual readings in that I think the original Estimated readings last August 2018 were way way out.

    Would it be normal to open a new account with an estimated reading? Do you know who our supplier was before Bulb? Maybe they had a closing reading? Or maybe that was estimated too ha ha ha :)
