  • I was told "someone at Bulb entered the wrong readings manually in October, which jumped up your bill significantly and incorrectly". It's resolved now and my account is now £371 in credit.
  • We certainly don't have an immersion heater stuck on all day. So we don't know what is going on. I'll call Bulb in the morning.
