1/2 of nothing is still nothing

How long do I have to wait until the new 1/2 payment of £5 that is supposed to be an apology for not answering an email I sent last October get paid to my account?

By the time Bulb reply I’ll probably be due another £5.

It’s a difficult problem, isn’t it? I’ve often wondered this myself. If I send an email asking where my £5 is and that takes just as long to get another reply, do I get another £5? They don’t make this clear.

What is clear is why they’ve reduced it from £10 to £5 given how long they take to respond.

You can only speculate that the finances of Bulb are not as good as they would like us to believe.

I hope not. I don’t want to have to switch again now that (fingers crossed) my smart meter and IHD are working.
