Hi there I referred a friend and her switch date was today but I have not received the £100 on to my account now I was hoping for this to be done and it was not done for me or for my friend which is a little disappointing to say the least
It won’t appear until 8pm on the day or the day after they have switched depending on the time they actually switched…
@serita I would recommend giving it a few days for the credit to be applied. It’s usually credited a few days after the switch date.
Also, we had a system issue that’s being resolved as we speak in regards to the referral credits applying to both accounts. If you were affected by this, we would be emailing you in the next couple of days, so either way you will receive the credit through.
