£128.82 bill

I’ve just had my first bill through which is £128.82 for a small apartment where minimal heating was used. How is this possible?

Is it based on actual readings, or estimates?

I just had my first bill… 160 2 bed house and we make sure that lights are not 9n all the time and things are unplugged if not in use

Hi @Beth_m1 ,

I’ll ask a similar question to @phproxy : have you been providing meter readings to Bulb and is that bill based off those readings? If not, then they will have to rely on estimated figures and it will be inaccurate (99%+ of the time) as Bulb is just making ‘educated guesses’ based on prior energy usage of the property (and since this winter seems milder than last year, you probably aren’t using as much heating).
