1st DD taken - Account shows zero

Hi all.

Having just joined Bulb, I’m impressed with how they managed the switch, however, my 1st DD was taken on the day our supply began, fine, but having gone on to my account, my balance still shows zero.

Is this normal? Do I need to contact bulb to find out if/where my money is floating around?

Does it not show as pending" in your “Payments and Statements” page?

On the app, it shows nothing about payments and statements. Presuming if I check through website if it shows pending that means all is in line?

I don’t use the app to check on Bulb I always check through the website. So check your via website to put your mind at ease.
