How do I submit meter readings when I have 2 electric meters?
Hi @Hagis01 There should be two boxes on the app/ website. If there aren’t it might be a good idea to email or ring in your reading the first time you submit.
Only one on the link provided but will email or phone them in.
Hi @Hagis01 in some cases, where people have two separate meters in their house, our system can’t quite handle it, so we’ll have to ask you to send the reads in. Hopefully at some point we’ll get an upgrade out to fix this one
