2 Weeks and still no electric key

Switched over to you two weeks ago and I am still waiting for my electric key. I have emailed you and been ignored. Also your live chat is a waste of space. Need some info on a small discretionary payment till end of month due to losing my job.

No reply and no electric key, great service

Any help? Support section and cannot get a response.


I am so sorry that you have not received your key.

I have now requested a key to be sent out to you, this will be with you 3 - 5 days.

In the meantime you can use your old suppliers key.
